Thank you for shopping with ALL GOOD. We take great care in selecting and packing each item. Please review our policy below.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us immediately upon receiving the item.

  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the damage as it was received.

  • The item must be unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@allgood.is so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
